We attempted to take the bus to the game.
Much like we attempted to get a family shot while waiting for the bus.
We made it to the game... and... it was HOT.
As in, the HOTTEST home opener on record.
Boys took their shirts off and drank a whole water bottle in just a few minutes.
We tried to sweat it out. Prayed for a breeze. Hallucinated a cloud.
Then came to terms with reality and headed home to finish watching the Broncos win on television.

That was really an ultimate bonding experience for you and your family, Charity! Though the heat was really on that time, it seemed that your kids enjoyed watching the game. Me and my boys love watching rugby (Denver, Colorado). And every time we watch there, they always think of becoming rugby players when they grow up. Also if we have time, me and my wife watch some summer concerts in Denver and take it as our date.
